I graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in London in 1994 and started working in small animal practice treating all manner of small animals as well as a local zoo and a number of Ostrich farms. After 3 years in practice, I undertook an internship in a wildlife hospital before moving to work in my old University teaching and supporting students. Eventually I returned to general practice and have spent the past 18 years working with small animals and gaining a certificate in Ophthalmology. In my free time I love hill walking and am a little obsessive about collecting vinyl records.
